Rash on hands after beach trip- started red and tender, now Burning with blisters

I am pregnant, not sure if hormones could cause sensitivity… I thought it was a hand burn. But I don’t think so, could it be a weird reaction to the sand or saltwater at the beach? I didn’t feel anything sting me.

Day one was red and tender, then BURNING and stinging like crazy for a day, then right hand blistered. WTF?….
