Flow 1 -is it really easy?
My friend and I have been doing weightlifting for a couple of years and hot yoga for about a year. We started pilates at CP last week (intro class and then 2 classes of Flow 1) and it just felt too easy. Was it our responsibility to keep adding challenge moving the springs or something? or is it fairly easy for most people who had some fitness experience? We scheduled a 1.5 class for next week so I hope it’s not a rushed switch from 1 to 1.5 in our 3rd class!
