How I rank a 1,783-product Wix store by revenue and flag the products that never sell
How to find the products that actually pay for your store, step by step.
The setup: Wix store, 1,783 products imported from Zendrop, orders coming in across a small slice of them.
Step 1: pull every product and every order into one place. Wix keeps them in separate views, so this is where the spreadsheet pain starts.
Step 2: sum revenue per product and sort. My top products carry most of the revenue. The long tail carries almost none.
Step 3: flag anything with zero or near-zero sales. That's your underperformer list. It's the one that matters, because it tells you what to hide, bundle, reprice, or delete.
Step 4: act on it in bulk. Hiding 200 dead listings one at a time is a miserable afternoon.
I built a dashboard that does steps 1 to 3 automatically and handles step 4 with a bulk hide action. It re-syncs on a schedule, so the ranking stays current as orders come in.
If you run a large catalog, what's your cutoff for calling a product dead? 30 days with no sale? 90? Never?
