Every time I pause a video long enough for the Screensaver to come up, it causes stremio to bug out. This doesn't take long. I cant even pause and take a piss without the Screensaver coming on. Every stream will error out and prompt me to try a different player. That never works. Occasionally I can kill the app and restart the shield but most of the time, I have to physically unplug the fucking thing just to get stremio to work again. Is there some setting im missing? Im really sick of this bullshit

Minnesota has protections in their cannabis laws that say employers cannot punish employees for off duty cannabis use. I work for a large employer and I am union. Our union contract says the employer is only allowed to drug test employees under reasonable suspicion. I have no problem showing up to work sober but any accident at work qualifies automatically as reasonable suspicion. I've never had any sort of accident in the years I've been here but shit happens. Ive spoke to several union reps and they all have said the same thing. If you fail a piss test for weed, they can't prove you were high at work. I tend to trust those guys. The problem is, this hasnt happened yet with any of our union employees so there is no precedent.

The scenario would be like this. Workplace accident while sober. Drug test. Failed UA for marijuana.

Have their been any court cases or mediation with a scenario like this yet? And if so, how did it turn out?
