My wife, our young son and Myself are picking up and moving down next spring I’m trying to get some info on what neighborhoods are good family oriented communities. My life revolves around surfing and my family so would like to be as close to one of the more “known” surf spots as possible. Not super interested in a cookie cutter HOA unless my wife overrules me and it’s in our budget, but looking for more of a neighborhood type feel
