Car was towed this morning. I'm ready to pay ans pick it up, but towing company says they need a hold harmless agreement. Hertz won't provide one for me. They say it can take 10 business days to retrieve the car, where I'll be responsible for all charges accured, along with the rental cost. This will lead to a bill of > $1000. What can I do here? I rented this car in LA. They even gave me the wrong car and couldn't find the rental agreement linked to my account.
