San po ba ako pwede mag send ng complaint for a dealership? The papers for my motorcycle is still not being process at the moment, i kept asking them about it but they said 2 months pa, and its not that yung LTO yung problem, they explicitly said iipunin muna nila lahat ng papers bago isubmit all at once, edi unfair sa bumili way before kasi yung mga bagong bili days before nila isusubmit, makukuha nila ng mas early…

Bumili ako ng motor, tapos chineck na daw ng mekaniko, so yun released na, 5 days inikit2 ko dito saamin, na curious ako sa tunog ng makina na ko pina rest ko ng 5minutes tapos pinunasan ko yung dip stick, check ko yung oil, hindi sya umabot sa dip stick, iniscrew ko, pag check ko ulit, di parin umabot, tinawagan ko yung dealership since 5 days old palang motor ko, 250cc xplorer, so yung tinawagan ko si dealership, sabi ng mekaniko nila, okay lang daw yan, so nagulat ako kasi may ADV160 din ako, self maintenance and ever since di ko narinig na okay lang di umabot sa dipstick yung oil, asking for help if normal ba talaga since di ko ganun ka knowledgeble sa motor, normal ba talaga di umabot sa dipatick yung oil ng motor?
I recently purchased a motorcycle kasi hirap na ako sa gas ko sa car as daily commute, now i got my motorcycle from casa already but the problem is i still cant use it until my documents is available para di ako mahulo sa checkpoint(there is a 24/7 checkpoint minutes from where i live) since bumili nga ako ng motor, di ko naman magamit. Heres the problem, the promised time for my documents is 1 - 2 months daw, and they told me kasi iipunin nila lahat ng mga papers sa ibang bumibili bago nila ipapa register, but i saw theres a poster in their shop that says 11 days lang yung process, i asked them about it and they told me di daw yun masusunod. Who do i reach-out for this problem since i think the 9-11 days process is a mandate by LTO. Pa help po and baka may experience kayong ganito and you were able to make the process a lot quicker than 1-2 months
