Should I take this job?

I am a CPA with 10 years of experience. Senior Manager level. I was let go from a big corporation three months ago. I did a 2 weeks oversea trip. Other than that, I have been applying and having interviews. Recently, it feels like I am getting less and less interviews. I screwed up a few interviews, and seeing the position I liked was landed by people having way less experience than me was frustrating. I recently got a job offer from a small company with revenue around 50M. During their 5 rounds of interviews, they kept asking how I perform under stress. It feels like it is going to be a very stressful situation. They are hiring me to replace their controller in about 6 months while the controller is not aware this is happening. This is my only offer after last one. Should I take this job? I feel like if I don't, I don't know when or where is my next role. I don't have a ton of luck with interviews. It could be because I speak with an accent (I am not like them), or I was "laid off" and they didn't want to hire someone that was out of a job. I also have 4 jobs on my resume. This last one is less than one year, there is one 1.5 years and 1 of 2 years. I don't have to worry about my finances right now. I have 1M net worth.

Why Recycle Trash Pick-Up only Once Every Two Weeks?

I never have enough room in my recycling bin, and it's getting highly annoying. I know McKinney and Richardson have it done weekly. Why does Plano decide once is enough?
