Whole Chicken
Whole chook seasoned with Stef The Maori ‘Porkhunt’ on roast mode at 165 celcius, took roughly 45 minutes. Glazed with smoky BBQ sauce for the last 10 Minutes. Turned out super juicy and smoky! Definitely doing it this way from now on.
