Hii people, can someone help me? I forgot my email/gmail and password, I lost this account years ago so I don't have much information about it besides my memory :/ what should I do to get it back??
About 4 years ago, I lost two accounts
For one of them, I forgot the email and password for the account, all I have from that account is that I’ve added myself to another secondary account of mine, which means I only have the UID and nickname.
For the other one, I have the linked Google email, but I can’t access it because the person who stole it changed the account’s email on Hoyo. In other words, I can access the account on Hoyolab, but when I try to add a username or change the email, I’m asked for a verification code from the account of the person who stole it. This also happens when I try to remove the FaeBoo link that person set up.
If anyone knows what I can do to recover the accounts, please help me
