Also, ich habe meinen Account endlich zurückbekommen, aber es sieht so aus, als hätte der Hacker viel Geld auf meinem Account ausgegeben. Was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich habe dem Support geschrieben, aber sie scheinen im Moment ziemlich langsam zu sein. Sollte ich noch etwas tun? Und soll ich warten, bevor ich auflade?

Hello so I filed the recovery form on the 21st and I now have gotten an email that it has been rejected. The main Issue they mentioned was that I said I topped up but didn't give a receipt. I made my transaction solely through google play cards you buy from stores. I searched everywhere in my emails, google accounts and basically anywhere a receipt might have been in but I couldn't find a single one. What do I doooo?? I need my account back. Do I like email google play for my receipts and submit the same application afterwards if I get a receipt from them? What if I still don't tho. What then? And how long ago must it be that I need to give receipts for? Pllssss some help me.

Hi, first time posting here because I am honestly out of options and out of patience.

My younger cousin's account got her email changed a month ago and nothing else (password is fine, phone number is still linked, account seems untouched otherwise).
At first we tried to change it back ourselves but the account was already somewhat locked I would say, and it didn't let us change the email back through the sms verification option. So naturally, I turned to the help center to try and figure this out as soon as possible. There we had to fill out forms after forms, each of them getting rejected, because quite frankly, my cousin does not accurately remember her last top-up amount (it was over 3 years ago through apple pay, she does not have any receipts). And we tried explaining this but to no avail. Every response seems standardly formatted, as if we are not even speaking to a real person. Today came in the latest rejection, and we really do not know what to do now.

Is there a way to reach a 100% real person to talk to, preferably in real time? Really losing hope here.

is it possible to retrieve an account without first login details? ( first device, first email) tho i have ss, video footage and 6 receipts for top up i made back in 2023-2024.

i dont remember nor did i still have those information, my uid is a 84 and that's about 5 years ago.

if it possible, how many tries will it take?
