Hi so hoyoverse already gave me the steps to login. But when I tried it, I was doing the beginning of the game again. I did not login to my account that is already lvl.60. Is this normally how it goes, or I missed something?
Someone unresponsible hacked my account and deleted my login information from the account, so now when i try to login with my original email, it shows "account does not exists".
I panicked so much and did everything I could as to research, preparing the proof, and fill in the form, now I received the ticket code but I can't help but still being anxious about it :')
Just in case this initial form got rejected, would it help if i try a second attempt but this time with another game account information, like tears of themis?
I need some clarification and I rather not talk about my info publicly.
I played in 2022 and just came back, seems like the last time this person logged in was also in 2022 because that’s when the last characters were pulled. There’s a twitter linked that’s not mine, The email and password are mine and i’ve changed the password so i can keep the account. I just need to know how to unlink this twitter while having no idea who logged in and linked theirs, so i can’t contact them.
Hi! I lost access to the Gmail linked to my Genshin account, but I still have access to the account on my tablet and I’m still playing on it.
When I receive the account recovery form, what information do you recommend I include to increase my chances of getting the linked email changed?
I was even thinking about making my first purchase in the game so I’d have a payment receipt. Do you think that would increase my chances of a successful recovery, or is it not worth it?

Recently I’ve just came back after a long break from Genshin and to my surprise, my account doesn’t “exist”. What do I do?? I luckily still have my UID if it’s of any use. Somebody please help me because my account is at max level and I even bought stuff from genshin.

I havent played genshin in about 3 years but I recently heard about an update and tried to log back into my main account that I spent a fair amount of money on back in 2022.
When I tried to log in through apple, which I was under the impression that I registered through, it started me on a starter account with no characters which immidiately confused me so I tried to log in through my icloud email and got the same result.
After that I assumed maybe i'd signed up with google so I tried every google account I'd ever had and got no result from that either.
So rationally I started checking all my emails and when I checked my icloud i found the email confirming that I'd signed up, which also matches the date I found on this online tracker.
This really confused me so i emailed genshin support and they were able to provide me with the censored version of the email and username linked and no suprise, I didnt recognize them AT ALL.
So next I asked for a recovery form and one of the first questions is to provide the email linked to the account but I dont know what it is so I had to skip the question, I accurately provided all of the other questions but the recovery forum still got rejected.
Do i submit another? Im really unsure on what to do here. But also, my hacking theory doesn't make much sense as my friend still has the account added and it hasn't been active in a very long time and it still has my name and profile how I set it up when i last logged on. (Ill provide a picture)

My account retrieval attempt was rejected for the second time. After reading the pinned guide here, I think I might know what got me rejected. My last 5* pulled is Keqing on Nicole and Durin's banner, and last 5* weapon is Wolf's Gravestone. After searching my acc UID, I found a Nicole with her signature weapon DISPLAYED that I definitely did not pull. Do I just not mention it at all? It might be a stupid question but I'm really paranoid now after being rejected twice.
Anyways, extra question since we're on this topic. If I happen to get rejected for the third time, do I need to wait a particular interval to submit my fourth one?

My account was stolen back in 2023. I never shared my account information with anyone. I was playing one evening, and the next morning I was prompted to create a new account as if my original one no longer existed.
Yesterday I decided to download Genshin again, and when I logged in with my Apple account, it actually took me to my stolen account. I contacted customer support, but I guess I filled out the recovery form incorrectly because my request was rejected.
Has anyone here experienced something similar or knows what I should do to recover my account?

i forgot when was the account created due to it being a 5+ yr old account
the first device and most used device becaue it was an office laptop and i no longer have it (same with the department i was in at the time)
however, i can provide the information of the ff
all of the receipt of my purchases
in game screenshots/ game play/ and even screen record of some of my pulls
all of the 5 star characters and weapons that i have before it was hacked and their corresponding levels
the rest of the device that i used before it was hacked (the specs, brands, and otherminfo)
the dates where i got my 5 star characters from pulls (i have some screenshots of me obtaining it because of how happy i was)
the date where my account reached ar60
i just want to ask if these things are worth mentioning since i saw that there were some people who provided gdrive links filled with proof of ownership. thank you 🥹

Context: I was hacked on the 30th July 2025 and lost access to my Genshin account. My account has been unlinked to my main email and I do not have the ability to log into my account. I did not submit a request to customer support as I do not have proof of ownership (receipts, payments + screenshots) and the likelihood of them listening to my claim of being hacked is unlikely. Recently, my friend sent me a screenshot of an unknown account that was linked under my Hoyolab account. Their username was very unique and I was easily able to track this person down and find their tiktok account. My plan is to talk to them in hopes of retrieving my Genshin Impact account.
How do I approach this situation?

Hi everyone, here’s my problem: my account got hacked. I managed to recover my email address, but the Genshin account has been linked to a new email. I’ve already contacted support, but my request has been rejected every time. Could it be because I topped up my account via Lootbar and LDShop and only have screenshots of the transactions from those sites? What do you think the issue might be?
I was forced to register a new genshin account after the email to my old one was deleted, which made it so i could only play it on the one device it was verified on which was quickly running out of storage. I filled out the hoyo recovery form multiple times, seeked out guides and tried everything but it kept getting rejected most likely because i used lootbar (the third party site) which wasn't an option on the question, and i didn't have screenshots of my first top ups. if you have any tips, i would really appreciate them.

My account recovery requests have been rejected several times already. I stick to the rule of three requests per month, so it's definitely not because of "spamming requests" or anything like that.
For a month before submitting the requests, I was remembering and searching for information about the account. I found everything, from the UID to recovering access to the lost email linked to the account.
Does anyone know what could be causing the rejections? I'm definitely entering the correct details because I double-check everything several times.
Maybe I should write to support or directly to the email address?

I'm trying to recover my genshin account from 2020.. I've sent in multiple recovery forms and they have all been denied. I can't access my account because it wasn't even linked to a google account, I only used Twitter to login (stupid, I know).
Since then, the Twitter account is gone and I literally have no access to it. I'm really distraught because I spent a good amount of time and money into that account..😅 is there anything I can do differently in the form or anything else I can try otherwise to get it back? I know there were a lot of changes (mihoyo -> hoyoverse) since i last played so I'm really not too versed on how this works other than the form
