Heavy twitches

I know I post here a lot already I just like to get a lot of people similar stuff. But does anyone feel like some of the twitches are like heavier or way thicker than other twitches on body? My last and triceps get hit with these like thick twitches that feel way heavier than my small thigh/calf/forearm/hand/face ones. Might be because of the size of the muscle obviously but just seeing what others have experienced with such things.

Atrophy/Wasting

You guys also be tripping about atrophy and wasting as much as I do? People say I’m tripping and I know I’m probably just tripping but I swear I can so spots here and there where it’s softer or thinner than usual. Just looking for people who gone through it and turns out it ain’t really there 😅

Anyone get like dehydrated shakiness from having BFS?

With my twitches I get like electric pulse through my hands that almost feels like I’m dehydrated and have that shaky feeling from it just without being dehydrated. Had EMG a month ago and it was clean following up with a neurologist shortly here

Weakness

Would I have weakness if my EMG came back clean or is the weakness far along enough that it would show up on EMG? Got EMG on my upper body because of numbness and weakness in my hands but it came back clean

Coming off Gabapentin is giving what I think are some wild symptoms. I started taking it around July or August of last year and have been taking it since. I was recently traveling for work and was feeling great since the initial diagnosis of nerve pain that they put me on it so I wanted to just stop taking it. Doctor didn’t tell me about withdrawals sadly. I came off of it for about two weeks and my body instantly reacted insanely and hasn’t stopped since I have insane fatigue, muscle cramps/spasms/twitches periodically throughout the day, and hot red palms and feet. Along with the obvious anxiety and depression that comes with these symptoms and the fear of it being something worse. I’ve done a million labs, tests, X-rays, scans, etc. and everything comes back clean so I’m wondering if those two weeks off sent my system for a whirl?

I have since gotten back on it after the two weeks and now just this Sunday tapered completely off of it. With stopping taking it I have a lot more mental clarity but I am still equally tired and the physical symptoms haven’t gone away.

Mostly looking and reaching out to hear others maybe having similar experiences to ease my mind. Appreciate any and all stories/situations to be shared.
