So many cancellations on TPG today due to “bus shortages” 😰
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (that’s the only way I can express my frustration) 🙄

I know this is a flopped latte art attempt but I really didn’t intend to do latte art this morning. 😃
The beans are from Corde coffee in Geneva, “Mas tinto, por favor” from Colombia (light-medium roast).
Best investment to date. This has saved me so much money since I realised I was starting to spend a lot of cash on cappuccinos/flat whites from cafes.
A quick dinner that came together in under 15 mins including prep.
Ingredients (serves 1)
100 gms of chicken breast sliced into thin strips (chicken “medallions”)
Salad greens, san marzano mini tomatoes, snack cucumbers, fresh mint, fresh chives. Tzatziki (store bought)
Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano. Add a few drops of oil to bring them all together.
Set a pan on the stove to medium-heat. Spray some EVOO on it. Once it is well-heated, place the chicken strips on it without crowding. Let it cook for 2 mins on medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes & cucumbers. And the herbs.
Turn the strips over to the other side and let it cook for two minutes.
At the end, glaze the pan with something acidic (I used balsamic vinegar). And switch off the stove.
Arrange everything on a bed of salad greens, and garnish with the fresh herbs. Add dollops of tzaziki and a drizzle of EVOO for ✨vibes✨
Very interesting. The metrics of the ranking were Traceability & transparency, living income, child & forced labour, deforestation, agroforestry & climate, pesticides, and gender. Halba “leads the industry on policy and implementation” apparently.
