What do y'all use to thin paints?
I was wanting to use a neon green so I could make it look like the energy was just, overflowing from every crevice. Any paint/paint thinning recommendations?
I was just thinking about maybe getting tesseract glow,but I have no idea how to thin it to the point where it only settles in the crevices.
