A few weeks ago 30 others and I were denied boarding and they gave us DBC (denied boarding compensation) vouchers. I have tried entering this into their website to get the refund and it just says “ticket is invalid” or whatever. Okay , so then a week ago I am on hold on the phone for 40 minutes and got off bc I had a meeting. Then I tried their chat bot through text and they said they’d give me an agent but wait times are “longer than usual” it’s been a week and no one came hahah
I STILL can’t get a hold of anyone. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP
