Party night at Cult Rakdos - Any ideas?

For the most part I think the deck is in a good spot, but I'm wondering if there are any cards that would fit the theme that I might be missing. The deck could do with being ever so slightly powered up, so cutting cards like [[Mindblaze]] and [[Runeflare Trap]] for some better but still fitting options would be great.
The deck's wincon is burn, but gets there with cards that force opponents to make decisions and play into minigames. Cards like [[Prisoner's Dilemma]] are a perfect example of what the deck is trying to achieve. A lot of the hate that would usually be directed at the burn player is instead spread around the table once one player tries to get a leg up on the others.
Power level wise, the deck has 1 gamechanger so is technically bracket 3. But I'd like it to perform at the very low end of that bracket so it can be played at bracket 2 tables and not be an issue if the table works together to stop it getting ahead with cards like [[Sin Prodder]] and [[Protection Racket]]
One last thing, it's important that the deck doesn't devolve into 'haha chaos', cards like [[Scrambleverse]] or [[Thieves' Auction]] fit the deck in theory, but in practice are a pain to resolve and this is a deck that's supposed to be fun for the table.
