Contact Info Banner Not Available For Business Accounts?
I don’t know if it’s a bug or if I need to adjust a setting, but I don’t have an option to add a Contact Info Banner for my clients business Instagram account. I notice that I can add it to my personal account, but why would I want that as a personal account?
My client does have a contact info button (screenshot attached) but they are wanting to add a contact info banner. I don’t have an option in their edit profile settings to add contact info under “banners”
Am I missing something here, or is this a bug? I notice that I’ve seen it only for personal accounts, but I did see it on one professional account.
