Spots on my body appearing on and off over years, just appeared again
So I’ve been having these spots on my body appearing over the course of a few years now.
The first time was in August of 2024 (first 2 images) and it appears all across my back and 1 leg.
2nd time was in November of 2025 (3rd and 4th image), and it was on my upper chest and neck.
Now again just yesterday (last 2 images) it has appeared on the side of my chest/back. It actually appears to me to be a different thing this time around but my sister (doctor but not a dermatologist) said it was probably the same thing as prescribed the same shampoo the worked before.
I really just want to properly know what it is. I have been treated but never had a confident identification on it and would like to prevent it without seeing a dermatologist in person if possible because I don’t have much money to pay for one. So if I can be confident about what it is and treat it that would be great for me.
