Been trying to make short-form stuff, some video some posters with AI for like two weeks now and keep hitting the same wall because I genuinely cant figure out what to actually learn first. I spent a day figuring out Veo/Kling motion prompts, then see something cool online and jump back to Flux to mess with poster layouts.I started playing around with Framia cause it has both video and design stuff in one place with different agents depending on what you're making. . makes sense on paper. in practice I keep switching halfway through and finishing nothing. I know the obvious answer is just pick one and ship it . but for people who've been doing this longer, did you start with video or static design? does learning one actually help with the other or are they completely separate skills? Not trying to master everything, just wanna get to a point where I can take an idea and actually produce something instead of abandoning it two prompts in.

Been in sales 3 years and still confused. my first company called us all SDRs but we did everthing from cold calling to booking demos. current place has both SDR and BDR titles but we literally do the same thing?? like my buddy at another startup says SDRs only handle inbound and BDRs do outbound. but then i see job postings where SDRs are doing full outbound prospecting. and some places say BDRs focus on enterprise accounts only

even worse, the tools we use dont help clarify. been looking at Apollo and a few others for lead generation and they dont even use consistent terminology in thier own marketing lol. but whether youre an SDR or BDR you need the same stack right? like sdr bdr difference seems to just be whatever the company decides to call it. is this just companies making up their own definitions or is there actually a standard? becuase explaining my role in interviews is getting awkward when every company has their own definition of bdr vs sdr
