Is this a reasonable price for a 5070 build?

Is this a reasonable price for a 5070 build?

Looking to get a 5070 setup for high fps 1440p AAA gaming at high settings.

I’m not really familiar with making a parts picker list so if you can build something better or equivalent and cheaper I’m open to it. Aiming for <2000, but I’m flexible.

Edit: ended up ordering the 9070xt one (2100). Thanks everyone!

Looking to buy first desktop, need opinions on these two prebuilts

Wanted to get some opinions on these prebuilts I was looking at. I've been gaming on mid range laptops my whole life, so after settling down, I want to make the jump to a desktop.

I'm a light gamer, nothing crazy but want to play stuff like Battlefield 6, GTA, F1, Forza at a high quality. Currently playing at 1080p, but want the option for 1440p in the future. Are these reasonable prices? Should I go for 32GB RAM?

Also side question about intel cpus: I've been reading about the stability/voltage issues with the 13th and 14th gen cpus. Is this still an issue today? Can I expect recently listed prebuilts to have the updated bios, or will I need to do that myself? Sorry if this is a silly question, just not sure about it.

Thank you!
