I had the weirdest dream
I had a dream that started off being a regular dream, but then I stepped into some strange space in the dream that transported me into a massive room. Its architecture was Egyptian, and it had a balcony upper floor that surrounded the room as well. I was transported to that balcony area (the balcony was probably 50-75 feet off the ground). Inside, surrounding the room, stood several gigantic gods. They were each nearly as tall as the balcony was high, and they looked like those ancient Egyptian black basalt statues. Some of them held books, some held swords, and one that appeared to be at the head of the meeting area held a spear. I understood in my head that I had accidentally slipped into a meeting of the ancient gods, but since I didn’t know how to escape, I eavesdropped.
They were planning something, although I don’t know what. The Christian god kept interrupting the meeting asking for their help in pushing the idea that Jesus was their son. They responded to him with annoyance, as if he was a spoiled rich kid. They all had different faces. Some had human faces, some had bird faces, and the one holding the spear had a dog face. Eventually, they realized that I was there and they abruptly ended the meeting. Three witches that served them (or maybe just one of them, I never found out) came after me to punish me for eavesdropping. They fused my hand into the floor of the balcony, and then a giant earthquake began tearing the place apart. I realized I was stuck and if I didn’t get out, I would die in the earthquake. I tried to pull free but couldn’t, when (if I remember correctly) one of the gods appeared and gently pulled my hand out the floor. They then pressed their thumb on my forehead, and I woke up.
Can anybody help me understand wtf I dreamed? If it helps, I know nothing about Egyptian mythology or architecture or anything, but I realized what the architecture was after looking up different cultural styles to find out what it was.
Also, I apologize if this is hard to understand and I’ll try to clarify for any questions anyone might have.
