Hurt my back at work is it okay to call out 2 days in a row?

Yesterday a package slipped out of my hand and I instinctively tried to catch it which hurt my back. I had about 90 minutes left on the shift which I finished out, which definitely didnt help. I told management and I called out today, and while I'm no longer writhing around in pain, getting up, getting in my car, bending over, and picking anything up still hurts pretty bad. Would I get in trouble for calling out tomorrow? Ive been here 5 weeks and I have already called out before, once for being sick and once for hurting my leg and being unable to walk. I dont know how bad it'll be in the 14 hours from now when I have to be at work but I doubt it'll be magically fixed. I feel bad about it and I dont wanna seem like a lazy employee but I really dont think I can do it, seeing as how my job is exclusively lifting up mostly heavy things and climbing in and out of trucks.

just started here. I can login to the app but I'm having trouble finding the website with all the apps on it, trying to sign up for tuition reimbursement. Every search online keeps redirecting me to the corporate store. Can that only be accessed on site or is there a link i can go to?
