I have finally reached IL’s legal requirement to purchase a firearm. I have maybe 80-90 in the family and now that I can actually get one myself, it feels like there are so many options that I dont know what to get.

Is this pretty much all you need?

I’m not looking for some hi-point bs, something that will work when or if you need it and wont have issues with different ammo manufacturers.

Man how long can it take for someone to hit an approve button. Its been 12 days, I get it can take up to 30 but this is actually ridiculous.

Every other state ive been to has had it easier to purchase a firearm then alcohol. IL government has 2 brain cells fighting for 3rd place.
