[Upgrade Advice] Ryzen 3 2300X + RX 570 + ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 — Is 32GB DDR4-3600 CL18 worth buying for $120?

I’m trying to slowly upgrade my older prebuilt gaming PC and wanted advice on what I should upgrade first, compatibility help, and whether this RAM deal is worth it.

Current specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2300X
GPU: Radeon RX 570 4GB
Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0
Current RAM: 8GB DDR4
RAM slots: 2 total
OS: Windows 10 Home
DirectX 12 supported

I know my PC is older, so I’m trying to figure out:
What upgrade should I prioritize first?

Is my RX 570 still decent enough for now?

Would upgrading to 32GB RAM help noticeably?

What future CPU/GPU upgrades would work with my motherboard?

Would I eventually need a new motherboard/power supply?
The RAM I found locally is:

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB)
3600MHz CL18
Price: $120 used
The label says:
CMK32GX4M2D3600C18
From the picture, it looks to be in great condition, but it’s not packaged, so it has been used.

Would this RAM be compatible with my ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 motherboard and Ryzen 3 2300X?

I know the motherboard may not run the full 3600MHz speed, but would it still work fine at lower speeds?
Also wondering if this is actually a good deal or if I should save for something better instead.

Any upgrade path advice would help a lot because I’m still learning PC hardware.

I was told you I would be brutally honest about everything.
