This game is Aweaome
Hi, I'm sure that there's a lot of player reviews here, but this is the first game that I felt gave me a hard enough impression to write one of this so I hope this is okay (also english is not my first language so if something is wrong then Im sorry).
So, I got this game since it was in offer and I read that it was good and was compared to Silksong, and since Silksong is one of my favourite games I had to try it, and I can say this game is one of the best experiences I had playing in general.
First of, art and story are great, no complaints on that, I had some problems remembering the character's names but outside of that it was really enjoyable, and gorgeoust to look at, specialy the pre and post boss battle ilustrations.
Now, the combat, my favourite part of the game, wich I suppose is normal, once I got the timing of parries the sound effects made my brain happy, and the learing itself was fun, like a rythm game but with more murder, and to no one surprice Eigong was really fun to fight and a great clousere to the game, but that can be said about almost all bosses (exept Goumang and the fengs).
If I had to point something I didn't like as much then the exploration felt a bit lacking, and the jade system didn't felt that impactfull outside of a select few, but maybe thats just me, my biggest dissapointment was the lack of third phases on bosses, since Jiequan I felt that battles ended too quickly, thats why Lady Etherial is my favourite boss, the first and seconf phases feel like the training ground to get your timings right for the finale, and I wish more bosses did that.
Overall a really good experience, probably I will try to do hitless runs because like I said, learning the timings is the most fun part of the game, and I need to try to bet this without upgradin anything.
Maybe I didn't said anything new but I really didn't expect to like this game so much, and I don't even have more than 30 hours.
