How do you deal with the pain from hiding a boner?

I (22M) have a boner whenever my significant other even simply looks at me seductively. I have to obviously hide the boner from that point until reaching a place where we can be intimate. This usually takes hours since both of us work together. So after a few minutes of hiding the boner, a painful feeling arises in the groin. This pain lasts a long time, usually until I can sleep it off and will not go away no matter what I do? This has been a real annoyance, because I can't even concentrate on my partner or engage in anything because it feels so strained. It feels as if someone is pulling my penis downwards and the groin muscles are continuously trying to pull it back up. The pain doesn't even disappear when the boner goes away. It persists for too much (till today, time/sleep has been the only way to relieve the pain)

If I have qualified for NET in the CSIR-UGC NET June 2025, How long do I have before I lose the ability to apply for a PhD?

Basically the title. I know that the application to professorship has a life time validity, but my certificate shows that I only have 1 year to apply for PhD. I thought that I could apply for a PhD anytime after qualifying for NET, was there always a time limit?

Kindly explain.

Please and thank you.
