AITA for always asking my brother to close his mouth while eating
This really isn't major but I want to know if I'm in the wrong for this. I (19 F) and my little brother get along fairly well we have a decent but average age gap and I like spending time with him. My biggest problem is eating with him at the dinner table, he seems to always chew with his mouth open and its a sound that irritates me so much, everytime I catch him doing it consistently during a meal I remind him to chew with his mouth closed because of both the sound and it's basic manners to do so in my opinion. However my parents always are under the impression that I'm policing him and won't let him eat his food in peace without pestering him to close his mouth while eating. Personally I think what I'm asking of him is fair but I can understand if it's not and me asking him to close his mouth during dinner is even more annoying. Need advice.
