I was going in for my biweekly-monthly comic run at my local store i usually have no problems with. I was picking up the new knull series and bought some comics including knull 3,4 &5. For some reason they charged $16 for the cover A first print of knull. I didnt realize and wasn't told as the price display was turned off and I was having a convo with the clerk and he forgot to mention it was $16 (all the other cover A first prints I got were $4.99). My buddy was checking out and he mentioned to him his absolute batman #20 cover a first print was $14. He had store credit so he got it anyways. When I got in the car and checked the receipt on my Shop app; i saw the price and immediately called them. They said the price was at ab $19 on their pricing service Coverprice.com, though literally every shop on the shop app and on ebay has it listed for $4.99 normal price. I asked for a refund since I was just in there and they said no bc they have a no refund policy. What can I do?
