This article explains how to access this time clock system remotely, but I am confused on how to do it. For context, the remote location has WiFi but no computer that stays there all the time. We have an office where we want to access the punches from the time clock at the remote location. This article says we need to set up port forwarding. Will we need to have a computer there at all times, or can we set up the forwarding and take the laptop once it’s done? When do I enter the external IP address when setting this up?
