Shortly around when one year warranty expired, keyboard started acting up. First F1, then one after another over a couple of month period keys 2, W, S and X stopped working. Recently, the touchpad went out as well. Since these keys are located in a diagonal row from F1 to touchpad, does that point to a particular issue?

I have tried simple steps mentioned in other posts and on Lenovo support page but haven't opened the laptop yet 😄, I would if there is no other way around.
