I am looking to further my education in this field, was wondering if the course Building Environmental Systems Operator at Seneca college is any good for class one and two. Currently working at a hotel right now as maintenance but am trying to get ahead. Seems a lot of building operator positions are looking for this certification in Toronto at least.

Additionally I was wondering what courses I should pursue if I want to prepare myself for property management, should I pursue a BOMI course? Or a IFMA course perhaps. Seems theres lots of different certifications offered by third parties for being a property manager. I am trying to find out which certification or third party is widely accepted by employers in Ontario. Thank you.
