Corsair H150I Elite Capellix XT high coolan temp
Hi! Something weird started happening with my AIO. Some time after last cleaning (dust from the radiator) iCUE started reporting high coolant temperature and fans start screaming. Weird thig is that CPU temp is ok and same as always. When I slowed down the fans coolant temp went up and so did the CPU temp. Everything is behaving as it should. CPU is not overheating. It's just like the coolant temp is reported with the 5 - 6C offset. Weirder still, this happens only sometimes. Rest of the time it works as it always did.
AIO is 2 years old. It's front mounted with tubing going up from the CPU block.
Is it possible that the sensor is faulty or that the iCUE is reading it wrong?
At first I thought it is starting to die because of age. But shouldn't CPU run hotter if the cooling is not working properly?
Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?
Sorry if this is a noob question. This is my first water cooling setup.
