Hey guys, Im still relatively new to league and learning. I enjoy watching high elo, but obviously i dont understand always whats going on.

Are there any low elo league/tournaments that are hosted for league for people to watch? I find this content more entertaining and engaging and wholesome, so i thought id ask.
