So I (M) have low porosity, dull and very dry hair. It frizzes quite a lot too. Main concern is it looks really dry and dull. I have dandruff issues for which I use a strong shampoo but that makes my hair even drier.

I would like some recommendations for effective shampoos (to use it in days where I'm not using my dandruff shampoo), serums and/or conditioner. I'm looking at some products from streax and L'Oréal. Are these any good? If you have any recommendations please drop them

Feel free to drop your bad experiences as well if you like. I'm asking this because some of us would really appreciate some budget friendly alternatives

Also need suggestions for good lip balms that provide great moisturization without heavy gloss please
