Starting out I had 3.5 mm of crowding and flaring on the lower arch. I had premolars extracted on the lower arch in March 26 and had braces placed on April 14. A few days after the extraction, my molars started tipping inwards towards the tongue.Braces were placed only from canine to canine. I have a 3M 012 archwire on the social six. As time has gone by, my molars have continued tipping and they are now in an extremely slanted angle. Would a full arch be better to help upright them and do I need to progress to a full archwire as soon as possible?
