Daily smoker: Should i quit?

I normally smoke weed pretty regularly. When I’m home, I usually smoke from a bong about 4 times a day around an hour after waking up in the morning then again at 5 PM, 9 PM, and 1 AM. Each session is usually 1–2 bong hits.
I’m currently on vacation, and my usage has dropped a lot:
Thursday night: last normal bong session
Friday: smoked 2 joints, around 11 PM and 3 AM
Saturday: waited until around 1 AM, shared a joint with my buddies, and hit a dab pen about 6 times throughout the night
Sunday (today): no weed
I’ve also noticed that weed has been giving me anxiety pretty often lately, probably 7 out of 10 times I smoke. I’ll sometimes get an increased heart rate, feel anxious, and my stomach feels weird. This didn’t used to happen to me, but it’s become pretty consistent recently.
Today I’ve been feeling pretty rough, nausea/feeling like I’m going to throw up, weird head feeling, anxiety, feeling run down, stomach discomfort, etc. I also drank 6+ 4.5% Surfsides last night, so I’m sure the hangover is contributing too.
I’m wondering if the symptoms could partly be from cutting my cannabis use so drastically, even though I haven’t been completely THC-free since Thursday.
For someone who normally smokes as much as I do, would you recommend cold turkey at this point, or gradually lowering my usage over the next week before quitting completely?
I’m mainly looking for experiences from people who have been through something similar. How bad were your withdrawal symptoms, and how long did they last?
