For my first cosplay I’m glad it came out great, but I did rush some things in order to finish by Comic-Con

For context, the head is mounted on a custom helmet, with a hard hat harness and bike helmet strap. This means that all the weight of the cosplay head is in the helmet. The helmet does pretty well when only holding up the head, but once the ears are added the head gets unstable and begins to become hard to balance. Ive been trying to reduce weight in the ears by removing foam from the ears but I’m not sure what else I could do.
