I’ve been using withroam for significant amount of time to search for assumable mortgages. They seem to have closed.

I’ve used Assumelist and Roots homes but I find them not the most comprehensive. Does anyone else have any recommendation the best search function for Assumable mortgages? Any tips on using one of the major real estate players in the game.

Bonus points for California options.
