Reminder
guys this is your reminder to pray istikhara and make lots of dua. I was talking to someone for marriage and things seemed to be going well. on the day of arafah I made a lot of dua and prayed istikhara asking allah to guide me to what was best for me and remove it if it wasn't khayr for me. the next day things ended. I think sometimes we pray istikhara hoping allah will make things work out the way we want but the purpose is for allah to guide us to what is best whether that means opening a door or closing one.not every answered dua looks the way we expect it to. It can be confusing when things don't go the way you hoped but there is peace in knowing that allah knows what you don't. If you've sincerely asked allah for guidance trust that he is guiding you even when you don't understand it yet. alhamdulillah always.
