Filling out new SF86 for TS; noticed error on old form submitted for secret?
I’ve had an active secret clearance for a little over a year now and was just submitted for a TS. Upon filling out my SF86 in the employment section, there is a question that asks about being reprimanded for security/misconduct and then another asking if you’ve been fired. It seems that I had previously marked no for both on this particular job but I was in fact fired for performance (hated the job, was already checked out mentally and knew my part time job was about to become full time). Should I correct this and explain it on the new form? Or correct it and then just clarify if it comes up in the interview? Or just leave it as is unless asked about it? Report to FSO?
