This oversized bedroom features large windows and enough space for both a bedroom and a small living area or home office. You'll share a bathroom (and upgraded washer/dryer) with two roommates. The house also has a beautiful gated backyard with a patio. Pets are not allowed.
Transit: <10 minute walk to Woodley Park/Adams Morgan Metro + 96, L2, and WP-MS Circulator Stops. Street parking available.
About the roommates: You would be living with four incredible, friendly, and down-to-earth roommates in their late 20's to early 30's, three who have all lived here for 2-3 years. Some work from home full-time and others work hybrid. We have a chore rotation to keep the house clean. We enjoy watching movies, entertaining, and spending time together downstairs.
