Emetophobia/highly suspecting autistic in dormitories, will I be okay?

Hi, I've never posted on Reddit before but I'd like to have other people's insight. Ever since I can remember I've lived with emetophobia and have always been someone who's easily stressed/has anxiety. Only since the past year or so I've been questioning if I may be on the spectrum. I will soon live in a dorm, with 6 other girls (I'm starting college soon). We share a bathroom which has 2 toilets and 2 showers. Fortunately, my room is at the end of the hall far away from the washroom, so I have less chances of hearing anyone being sick (except, of course, if I go in the room at the same time if someone ever v*) .

Moving out is already stressing me out and now the thought of living with other people has also started to stress me out because of my emetophobia. Anyways, I want to know if other people have lived through this and if they were able to make it through!

If possible, I would also like to have some strategies to help me get through the two years to come while I'm over there (if you have any).

Thank you in advance!
