Would you give Delonghi another chance?
Hey!
So I received my Eletta Explore last week, set her up with ease, but when making my first drinks noted steam coming out of the top where you insert the pre ground coffee.
Straight on the chat, was told to send videos, proof of purchase, yada yada. No response within the 2 business days. Called, was told would get refund, link to set up for courier to pick up the unit and also a code to use for a percentage off if i wished to repurchase.
48 hours goes by, nothing. Call again, and they said it can take another 24 hours to get email confirmation of the above, and to get the refund 'approved'.
Would you bother using the discount (If they eventually DO refund as promised) to repurchase? Was I just unlucky? I am reading horror stories about Delonghi and their customer service and am not sure if I want to give them another try.
