Okay so to start off, this is a throwaway account obv.

Alright so heres the actual story:

My uncle recently or at least semi recently became a christian, a year or half a year ago, something like that - which is cool, im a Christian myself. But its gotten to just such an extreme point, I've always been into semi dark and dark fiction and arts, but recently he's been at me for playing call of duty zombies - BECAUSE IT HAS FUCKING ZOMBIES, and I told him like what the fuck, you play games like GTA don't you see a problem with that? And also like i can just say for example "oh i dont like X, or that" and he'll reply with "oh you shouldn't say you dislike things don't be so negative", mf your on my ass for liking any media that could be read as even a miniscule anti christian or satanic.

It's really gotten on my nerves, and it's like so insane as soon as I say anything he even slightly disagrees with it's like I've commited blasphemy.

Also for context:

I'm a socialist, which he hates. (He's literally going on and on about how bad communism is all the time and I keep trying to tell him I'm a fucking socialist not a communist💔)

I've dated people of the same sex, and I'm not really sure about my sexuality.. which he hates.

I'm very much not conservative - WHICH HE ALSO HATES.

Like I do really like my uncle, he's a good guy. We play video games, we have even made music together (he's a producer, not gonna say much more), but recently he's just like out of it. We agree on alot of things but recently he's just become so incredibly fundamentalistic and just such a hypocrite.
