Soo, I swapped out my budget earbuds for a new pair of QC Ultra 2 earbuds

And for some reason even while a full volume it's not loud at all

And on top of that whenever I watch YouTube on my phone the first 10 seconds on all video is just slightly muffled no matter the noise canceling settings, but on my other earbuds it works perfectly

I got an Android if maybe it's just a skull issue for me having a budget phone
