I am sure this is a question people are tired of answering, so thanks for reading!
I've been eyeing this game for about a week now, but have been holding off for the Steam Summer Sale as I've heard this game is best with all DLC and can sometimes catch a sale for $35-$50. But it is getting to a point where I really do not want to wait anymore. Only issue is that if I buy the game now I can only get the base game and then wait for the DLC during the summer sale.

Is it worth getting the base game then getting the DLC in a few weeks or would it really just be a better experience to practice more patience and get it all at once?
