is pursuing nursing a good option?

hi im currently a 19 yo nursing student who feels lost and needs advice.
initially, my options were nursing, buisness or psychology but ended up picking nursing as im fully sponsored by hospital, therefore my parents do not need to pay at all, but im bonded to the hospital for 6 years.
im in 2nd sem now and can't help to think what would my life be if i took psychology especially as i love learning about others. right now, im fully drained from my back 2 back classes and clinicals from 8 am to 6pm everyday while all my friends have the actual uni life of having 1 or 2 classes a day...i genuinely want to leave this diploma in nursing and op for another course but the problem is i have to pay a big amt of my bond which is rm 40k +
i still do enjoy helping those in need but i don't see myself doing this long term, as nurses are very underpaid
do i drain myself out with this career or find a way to get out?
