My Roblox Account was hacked, and the email and password along with phone number were disabled.
My account was somewhat recently hacked and I was not able to revert the password due to being on a multi-day fishing trip so it was expired by the time I came home, and I have sent Roblox support as much info as I could including my email which was disconnected, my phone number, previous purchases, screenshots of emails that showed the email and phone number were verified, computer hardware IDs and location of the device as well. I do have to add that some of the purchases don't have the transaction ID due to the banks system, and I do see the account active every now and then which is infuriating as Roblox support keeps saying that I'm not giving enough information to verify that it's my account. Also I took a photo on my alt and the hacker unadded my alt due to me trying to join it. If someone has an idea of what else I could give to verify that it's really my account please offer it as anything would be appreciated. Also I kinda forgot to add this to the beginning that I had clicked on a link that seemed legitimate, but was a virus in disguise and I have dealt with it so it's no longer a problem, but the main problem is that I can't access my main account anymore.
