What am i messing up in my form

please criticize my form, i think i messed up the start position a bit, the bar rolled, neck positioning is also inconsistent between reps need to be mindful. what else am i missing. I have no pain or anything, just working on my form. thanks. 180kg*5. sorry for bouncing the bar, got a lil excited.
