Can legal action be taken against creators promoting reckless driving online?

A few weeks ago, I witnessed a guy who looked to be in his 20s driving extremely recklessly on public roads overspeeding, weaving through traffic, and treating busy roads like a racetrack, seemingly just for Instagram content

Honestly, it was disturbing to watch because one small mistake could have seriously injured an innocent person or worse. Families, bikers, pedestrians everyone around him was being put at risk for social media attention

After stopping nearby, I noticed the Instagram ID “Nlinetales” displayed on the rear quarter panel of the car.

Account: @nlinetales

What bothers me most is how normalized this kind of content has become online. Young audiences watch these videos and start thinking reckless driving is something cool or admirable when it’s genuinely dangerous.

I’m posting here because I want to know what actual legal action can be taken in India against creators who openly promote dangerous driving online. Can traffic police or authorities act using videos and public posts as evidence?

People like this should face consequences before someone innocent loses their life

Please report this account before someone gets seriously hurt

Had an incident today with a car driving extremely recklessly on public roads. The driver was overspeeding, weaving through traffic dangerously, and clearly doing it for Instagram content. It could have very easily ended in a serious accident.

After stopping nearby, I noticed the Instagram ID “Nlinetales” displayed on the rear quarter panel of the car.

What’s disturbing is how proudly this behavior is being promoted online, especially when younger audiences watch this stuff and start thinking reckless driving is something to admire

This isn’t entertainment — someone could genuinely lose their life because of this kind of behavior
Please report the account before an innocent person gets hurt or worse.
